Volunteer Call – 2026 NOU Film Festival, October 7-14
We are looking for passionate NOU volunteers who can provide an exceptional guest experience. If you have a passion for film and want to join our dedicated film festival staff, we want to hear from you!
Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available!
Available Positions:
Check In/Registration
- Welcome attendees
- Check tickets/passes
- Distribute programs
- Answer general questions
Guest Services
- Guide guests to theaters, restrooms, concession areas, and special event locations
- Answer general questions
Festival Relations Coordinator
- Support filmmakers and special guests by providing information, escorting them to venues, ensuring their comfort, and assisting with scheduling needs
Setup & Breakdown
- Help set up tables, signage, and promotional materials before events
- Tidy up theaters, lobbies, and hospitality spaces afterwards
Event Support
- Assist with audience seating
- Introduce screenings or panels if needed
- Manage Q&A sessions
- Ensure smooth transitions between films/events
